Gloucester High School Fall Open House

IS HAPPENING!


The annual Gloucester High School Fall Open House for middle school students will be held on Wednesday, December 7 from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm beginning in the auditorium.


Gloucester High School is a place of innovation and opportunity. Did you know all GHS students have opportunities to use technology to connect, wonder, investigate, construct, express, and reflect? Did you know that we have a bank in our school, or that we offer automotive, cabinet making, and electrical shop courses? Did you know we offer courses in child development, culinary arts, personal finance, marketing, and economics? Did you know we have a state of the art photography lab? Did you know Gloucester High School boasts the MassTec program and teacher of the year?  Did you know we offer courses in which students can earn Endicott College credits in Critical Inquiry, International Issues, Ethics, Environmental Studies, and Hospitality Management?  Did you know we offer ten AP courses? Did you know that the award winning GHS JROTC program develops leadership skills and prepares students for college? This engaging and informative event will include "Secrets to Success at GHS" a wonderful new video created by students, staff, and members of the GHS Site-Based Committee. The event will also include interactive demonstrations by Gloucester High students and exhibits highlighting academic offerings and after-school programs. Take a tour of our great High School, learn about all of the opportunities students have to achieve their highest potential through academic programs, Advanced Placement courses, extensive elective options as well as our many athletic programs! So come and find out what makes Gloucester High School so special!  We look forward to seeing you on December 7th!
