NHS – Any and all newly inducted NHS members interested in being on theRelay For Life Team” this year, please attend an informational meeting, next Monday, May 20th in the library right after school.

NHS – Tutoring by NHS seniors will be available in the library today after school.


From Mr. Basile – We are planning a trip to France and Germany for next April vacation, see Mr. Basile, Ms. Finacy or Mrs. Pagnetti for an information flyer.


Seniors – All seniors are reminded that they must pay their class dues before attending the prom or graduation. Dues are $50.00 and can be paid during lunch at the school snack shop. If you are paying by check, please make your check payable to “GHS Class of 2013”.


Pathways – Become a mentor to a young child and make a difference in their lives. Training begins July 16th and you will receive credit for your time. Once trained you will be matched to a child 5-12 years old, 6 month commitment, and community service hours available, See Amy Kamm in Room 1208 for an application.


Sunshine Fund – Do you like David Letterman or Jay Leno? Well if you do, you need to come to GHS, Thursday, May 23rd, at 6:30 PM to see “Late Night with Mr. Francis & Mr. Telles”. It will be a fun night giving jabs to some of the seniors or other teachers, tickets are $5.00, doors open at 6:30 PM.


GHS Varsity CheerleadingIf you are interested in trying out for the 2013 Fall season of GHS Cheerleading, there will be tumbling classes held on Tuesdays 6:00 – 8:00 PM and Thursdays 5:30 – 7:30 PM at the Beverly Sterling Center. Everyone is encouraged to go! Tryouts are June 4th, & 5th from 3:30 – 5:30PM.


Student Obligations – New student obligations are posted in the principal’s office windows, they must be cleared up to attend the functions coming up.
