Senior Prom – Senior Prom tickets will be on sale the rest of this week at both lunches. They can be purchased at the window to the auditorium. The prom is being held at the Boston Burlington Marriott, Cost is $40.00. There is a bus available for those students who are not renting a limousine. Bus cost is $25.00 per person. You may purchase those tickets at the same time you purchase your prom tickets.

Class Dues – All Seniors are reminded that they must pay class dues in full in order to go to the prom or pick up your cap and gown. Dues are $50.00 per senior. If you are paying by check, please make it payable to the GHS Class of 2013. Dues can be paid at the same window at which prom tickets are being sold.


Seniors – All seniors should visit the class website to vote for your favorite teacher to attend prom  -   www.ghsclassof2013.webs.com.

Student Council – The election forms are now due on Friday, May 24th before the pep rally – please make sure the forms are signed by your parents, forms will not be accepted after 1:00 PM on Friday, we will extend the due date because of the field trips – please get a form from Ms. Finacey if you would like to be on Student Council next year, thank you.

Student Council – Spirit Week is this week, Friday is Class Colors Day.

From the Sunshine Fund – Tonight doors open at 6:30 PM,  please help us raise money for our cause for the Sunshine Fund, would you like to see some teachers in the school on stage such as Mr. Kearns, or Mr. Barry? Please come to the auditorium tonight, tickets are $5.00 for a good cause – come see “late night” with Mr. Francis and Mr. Telles perhaps you can hear some digs about some members of the senior class? Or see some senior class talent on stage as well, see you there!!

GHS Varsity CheerleadingIf you are interested in trying out for the 2013 Fall season of GHS Cheerleading, there will be tumbling classes held on Tuesdays 6:00 – 8:00 PM and Thursdays 5:30 – 7:30 PM at the Beverly Sterling Center. Everyone is encouraged to go! Tryouts are June 4th, & 5th from 3:30 – 5:30PM.

Summer League Girls Basketball – Any girl interested in playing summer league basketball should come to a brief meeting on Friday at 5:00 PM in the cafeteria. (All grades welcome)

Student Obligations – New student obligations are posted in the principal’s office windows, they must be cleared up to attend the functions coming up.
