Chem Club – Come to make a snow globe today after school in Room 3415, bring an empty jar with a screw cap and a figurine and come have fun. All are welcome! For details see Ms. Cafasso.

 

The Gloucester Youth Council – would like to invite GHS students to our Holiday Celebration at “The Hive Community Center” downtown, tonight, (Dec. 17th) at 6:00 PM. There will be gingerbread house making, games and music, tons of food, and even an ugly sweater contest with prizes! It is going to be really fun and a great chance to find out more about what the Gloucester Youth Council does and is all about. There are flyers on the bulletin board outside Ms. Kamm’s office if you would like more information.

 

Gloucester U- Registration for Gloucester U is now open. Gloucester U is a new and exciting after school program that is completely free for GHS students. Just go to the School Library Webpage to access the sign up sheet or talk to Ms. Whitney in the library for more details. Please note that there will be a Gloucester U meeting and course preview session tomorrow (Wednesday) after school in the library.

 

Reminder that this Friday is ugly sweater day, don’t forget!

 

Survey for Career Expo – staff members please have your students go to the Gloucester High School website to take a career survey, thank you.

 

Student Council – There is a student council meeting tomorrow, December 18th at 2:07 in the Lecture Hall, all must attend. We will be meeting with Dr. Safier, no excuses.

 

Human Rights Initiative – The Human Rights Initiative is holding a holiday book drive. Donate children and young adult books to one of the boxes in the English rooms, Mr. Cook’s room, Mr. Perraults, Ms. Trigillio’s and Ms Mochowski’s. Donations go to Pathways.
