Senior Prom – Senior Prom tickets will be on sale the rest of this week at both lunches. They can be purchased at the window to the auditorium. The prom is being held at the Boston Burlington Marriott, Cost is $40.00. There is a bus available for those students who are not renting a limousine. Bus cost is $25.00 per person. You may purchase those tickets at the same time you purchase your prom tickets.

Class Dues – All Seniors are reminded that they must pay class dues in full in order to go to the prom or pick up your cap and gown. Dues are $50.00 per senior. If you are paying by check, please make it payable to the GHS Class of 2013. Dues can be paid at the same window at which prom tickets are being sold.


Student Council – Spirit Week is this week, Wednesday is Toga Day, Thursday is America Day, and Friday is Class Colors Day. Also don’t forget student council forms are due by May 22nd, see Ms. Finacey.


Boys Basketball – There is a boy’s basketball summer league meeting today after school at 2:15 in the fieldhouse. Anyone interested in playing please attend.


From the Sunshine Fund – May 23rd doors open at 6:30 PM, please help us raise money for our cause for the Sunshine Fund, would you like to see some teachers in the school on stage such as Mr. Kearns, or Mr. Barry? Please come to the auditorium next Thursday night, tickets are $5.00 for a good cause – come see “late night” with Mr. Francis and Mr. Telles perhaps you can hear some digs about some members of the senior class? Or see some senior class talent on stage as well, see you there!!


GHS Varsity CheerleadingIf you are interested in trying out for the 2013 Fall season of GHS Cheerleading, there will be tumbling classes held on Tuesdays 6:00 – 8:00 PM and Thursdays 5:30 – 7:30 PM at the Beverly Sterling Center. Everyone is encouraged to go! Tryouts are June 4th, & 5th from 3:30 – 5:30PM.


Student Obligations – New student obligations are posted in the principal’s office windows, they must be cleared up to attend the functions coming up.
