Youth Awareness/Moose Group Meeting next Monday, October 7th in the principal’s conference room.

Class of 2016 – Mandatory Student Council meeting directly after school tomorrow (Wed, 10/2) in Room 3303.

Student Council – October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we will be taking a group picture on October 25th, but you need to buy your “Think Pink Shirt” on sale $10.00, please order your shirt with Mr. Gentile or Ms. Finacey.

Chess Team – Are you interested in playing one of the most respected games in history? Come join the hard hitting, adventurous Gloucester Chess Team. Our club has been defined as a group that sits somewhere between UFC and sipping tea. All levels welcome, even those who have never played. The Gloucester Chess Club will have its first meeting in Mr. Roy’s room 2205 on Wed. Oct. 16th.

GHS Flicker – Until October 4th, the GHS Yearbook will be sold at both lunches. They are $70.00 dollars each please make checks payable to GHS Flicker.

 

From Guidance – College Reps are visiting Gloucester High School, please sign up with Mrs. Mondello in the guidance office.

Student Leaders – Applications for the Prudential Spirit of Community Award and the United States Youth Senate Program are being accepted in the guidance office, please see Ms. Carlson for more information.

Guidance – GHS will be administering the PSAT Test during the school day on Wed. October 16th. Any sophomores or juniors interested may sign-up in the guidance office. The cost is $22.00, cash only please.

Guidance – Senior College Planning Night will be held Wed. October 9th at 6:30 PM in the Lecture Hall. All seniors and their parents are encouraged to attend.
