We have a food share bin in the cafeteria. Please feel free to take anything you’d like from the bin, and of course, please donate any unopened milk, juice, food products and/or any fresh fruit!

Also From Guidance - PSAT Sign-ups for any Junior or Sophomore interested will run through Tuesday, October 13th. Space is limited and the cost is $22.00 cash only. See the guidance secretary to sign-up.

Year Book – Seniors, if you want your baby picture in the yearbook, pass in your picture, no bigger than 4 x 6, with your first and last name printed on the back. Natalie Franke-Otton and Erica Lane will be collecting photos until October 16th. There will also be an envelope at the school store to drop them off.

Gloucester U – After School Program will be kicking off its First Tuesday Talk today at 2:15 in the library. All are welcome to come join us to hear our first speaker, Jim Unis, who was inducted into Gloucester High Schools Hall of Fame on Sept. 20th, Jim was GHS Class of 2002, an amazing Tight End and Defensive End for GHS, and All American, and then a Boston College football superstar and clearly headed to the NFL. Then the unexpected happened…come today at 2:15 to the library to learn the rest about his incredible story. Refreshments will be served and it’s free to attend.

Class of 2016 – The Class of 2016 will be hosting a Bowling Night at Cape Ann Lanes this Saturday, September 26th from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM. The cost will be $15.00 for three strings of bowling. Everyone is encouraged to come!

Italian Club – There is Italian after school available this week in Room 1217 and on Wednesday, even if it is just to go over homework.

NHS – The National Honor Society will be starting the annual Thanksgiving Food Drive. Please help us as we will be collecting all of October and November.

Think Pink – The Think Pink shirts are in – if you would like to buy one, they are in Ms. Finacey’s room 1211. The cost is $10.00. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and we will be taking a photo on October 16th.
