Seniors:  If you have not been measured or paid for your cap and gown must do so on Thursday.  Please see Mrs. Lawson in the Attendance Office as soon as possible.


NHS - Invitations to apply to NHS will be sent to Juniors & Seniors whose average is at least 88.  NHS is based on four pillars: Scholarship, Leadership, Character, and Service. Evidence of the other pillars must be provided on the application.  Invitations & Applications will be shared to student’s school email account within a week. Please see Ms. Cafasso with any questions.


Volleyball Fundraiser:  If you want to practice your skills for the Intramural volleyball games, we have a volleyball day set up to play with the Gloucester Police Dept on February 17th from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.  $5 per team. See Officer Scola for details.


GHS Intramural Volleyball:  Who will be crowned champion in 2020? Do not hesitate any longer.  Get a signup sheet from Mr. P. Cook in Room 2216 or print one out from ghsintramuralvolleyball.blogspot.com . Deadline to signup is Thursday, February 13th.  Games begin Monday, February 24th.


Seniors:  Any seniors interested in Biotech Academy for next year, there will be an information session on Friday, February 27th at 9 am.  Please sign up on Naviance or the Ms. Mondello in the school counseling office.


Sophomore Class:  Mark your calendars!!  March 20th at The Gloucester House starting at 6 pm, we will be hosting the Sophomore Spring Fling Formal Dance event.  Spring Fling Tickets are on sale until March 6th in Room 1213 during lunches.  Cost - $27 - Class Dues must be paid.


GHS Class of 2021:  We will be selling Jr. Event Tickets during lunch from now until February vacation.  Tickets are $60 each. You may pay by cash or check made payable to: Gloucester Public Schools.


America’s Boating Club is offering a 7 week boating course Thursday evenings 7-9 pm starting February 27 at Gloucester High School.  Successful students receive a United States Power Squadron Certificate of Completion accepted by all 50 states.  The cost is $65 for student manuals and plotting tools. Families may share materials to reduce cost. Additional information is available in the main office.
