Girls LacrosseAnyone interested in playing girls lacrosse this spring please come to the cafeteria right after school tomorrow (Thursday, October 1st.)

We have a food share bin in the cafeteria. Please feel free to take anything you’d like from the bin, and of course, please donate any unopened milk, juice, food products and/or any fresh fruit!

From Guidance – Seniors – Colleges visiting GHS in the guidance office, sign up in Naviance and see Ms. Mondello for a pass.

Also From Guidance - PSAT Sign-ups for any Junior or Sophomore interested will run through Tuesday, October 13th. Space is limited and the cost is $22.00 cash only. See the guidance secretary to sign-up.

Year Book – Seniors, if you want your baby picture in the yearbook, pass in your picture, no bigger than 4 x 6, with your first and last name printed on the back. Natalie Franke-Otton and Erica Lane will be collecting photos until October 16th. There will also be an envelope at the school store to drop them off.

Yearbook – Seniors, Superlatives are due the end of today and can be handed to either Kacia or Vittoria, or the school store. Also you can only vote for someone once.

From Gloucester U Please remember that all other Gloucester U students should come to the library for snack and program announcements before your classes. Summer Reading, remember you can create a piece of artwork or writing, inspired by your summer reading book and discussion that will be a part of the library summer reading display. You can turn your piece of artwork into Ms. Whitney for extra raffle tickets. The summer reading raffle will be tomorrow.

Flicker – Please see Tiki or Cindy to fill out a memory or a quote which appear under your senior photo in the year book.

 

The Elicitor (Literary Magazine) We will meet every Tuesday after school in Room 2207, come to our first meeting next Tuesday, October 6th. Everyone is welcome.

 

GHS Health Fair – Tomorrow (Thursday) the GHS Health Center will be sponsoring the GHS Health Resources and Information Fair. There will be an “A” block assembly for Juniors and Seniors in the Auditorium. The Health Resources Fair will take place from 8:30 am – 12:00 noon in the Field House, all are welcome. New this year – please sign up in the Health Center, Room 1214 to try Mr. Sperry’s Yoga Class during the Fair! Participate in class to see first-hand the benefits associated with Yoga. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the Fair!
